tripy is a beta service operated by Ramiro Montiel, based in Argentina. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect
Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your user identifier, email address, and basic profile information (such as your name and avatar).
Search data: Origin, destination, traveler count, and related search interactions used to show multi-stop plan results.
Payment data: Purchases are processed by Creem. We receive transaction references and plan status (for example Free or Pro), not full card details.
Usage data: Analytics events (for example via PostHog) such as page views and product interactions.
How we use information
We use your data to authenticate you, run travel plan searches, manage your account plan, process payments, secure the service, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use trusted providers including Supabase (auth and database), Google (OAuth sign-in), Creem (payments), and PostHog (analytics).
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. We will respond within a reasonable time.
