These Terms govern your use of tripy, a beta product operated by Ramiro Montiel in Argentina. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Beta service
tripy is experimental. Features, pricing, and plan rules may change without notice. You use it at your own risk during this beta period.
The service
tripy helps you discover multi-stop, multi-modal travel plans with sourced or demo prices. It is a planning aid only. We do not book tickets, reservations, or accommodation, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or final cost of any listed option.
Accounts
You must sign in with Google and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and payments
Free and Pro access are managed on your account. Purchases are processed by Creem. Unless required by law, paid plan charges are non-refundable. Contact us if you were charged incorrectly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, bypass plan limits, or attempt to compromise security. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramiro Montiel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on travel plans or prices shown in the product.
